Open and fund your managed account here

1. Open your trading account at Gain here 

a)  Check the box "My account will be managed by 3rd party."

b)  In the box for "Authorized Trader" type in the name "Richard Henry"

c.)  Complete the application

2. Sign the Limited Power of Attorney form

Minimum Account Balance

Minimum account balance of $5000 is required 

Performance Fee

Calculated at the end of each month is a 25% performance fee based on the profit earned.

At the end of each month the high water mark is calculated and the performance fee is based on the net

increase above this.  This fee is not part of your principal and is over and above the total

value of your account from all of the previous months.
